Will Holland

Will Holland is one of the UK’s most exciting chefs. Six months after joining as a sous chef at L’Ortolan, Holland was promoted to head chef, aged 25. After moving to La Bécasse in 2009, Holland gained his first Michelin star aged 29 as well as an Acorn Award, and supplemented the success of his restaurant with TV appearances on BBC shows Saturday Kitchen and Great British Menu.

Holland left La Bécasse in 2013 and at the time of writing has just opened a new restaurant in Wales on the scenic Pembrokeshire coast. The stunning Coast Restaurant has been open for just 6 weeks and is already winning very high praise.
